قضاء يوم في عمواس في أبو غوش
نحن الجماعات الرهبانية، الذين نعيش في الأماكن التقليدية المرتبطة بموقع عماوس (في أبو غوش) نعرض عليكم قضاء يوم على خطى تلميذي عمواس. ندعوكم إلى قضاء يوم معنا في الفترة بين بداية الصوم ونهاية زمن الفصح (بين آذار وحزيران ٢٠٢٢). هذه طريقة لتخصيص زمن للصلاة، والإصغاء إلى الرب، وإلى بعضنا البعض، وستكون فرصة للتعرف علينا. نحن سعداء لنعرِّفَكم بأنفسنا وللتعرُّف عليكم.
من نحن؟ وماذا نقدم لكم؟
١ موقع Opus Dei. ( اسمه: Saxum Visitor Center)
"فَبَدَأَ مِن مُوسَى وَجَمِيعِ الأنبِيَاءِ يُفَسِّرُ لَهُمَا جَمِيعَ الكُتُبِ مَا يَختَصُّ بِهِ".
(لوقا ٢٤: ٢٧).
في موقعنا، نقدم لكم الفرصة لتدخلوا في تاريخ الخلاص، بصحبة تلميذي عمواس. فيأتي يسوع بيننا اليوم أيضا ليفتح لنا الكتب. بواسطة "رحلة إعلامية متعددة"، مع خرائط كبيرة، وشاشات لمس، وعروض قصيرة، سنعرض عليكم مشاهد حياة وأحداثًا من الكتاب المقدس، وتاريخ الكنيسة في الأرض المقدسة، والأماكن المقدسة. سيكون هذا مدخلًا مُدهِشًا لنهار تقضونه بروح السينودس. ويمكن أيضًا لأعضاء ال Opus Dei الذين يديرون المركز أن يشاركوا معكم عملهم ورسالتهم في الأرض المقدسة.
٢ سيدة تابوت العهد (راهبات مار يوسف الظهور)
"أمَا كَانَ قَلبُنَا مُتَّقِدًا فِي صَدرِنَا، حِينَ كَانَ يُحَدِّثُنَا فِي الطَّرِيقِ وَيَشرَحُ لَنَا الكُتُبَ؟"
(لوقا ٢٤: ٣٢).
في مزار سيدتنا مريم العذراء سيدة تابوت العهد، نقدم لكم مجموعة جميلة من الذكريات، مع التأمل في إنجيل عمواس. هنا مكث تابوت العهد (في العهد القديم) حتى نقله داهود الملك إلى القدس. هنا أيضًا نكرِّم سيدتنا مريم العذراء، بلقب "تابوت العهد"، إذ تحمل في أحشائها كلمة الله، ربَّنا ومخلِّصنا. ونقدم لكم مكانًا للتجمع والمشاركة، والإصغاء والتأمل. الراهبات اللواتي يُشرِفْنَ على مكان الرياضات الروحية وعلى المزار هن من أقدم الرهبنات الرسولية في الأرض المقدسة، ويسرُّهُنَّ كثيرا أن يعَرِّفْنَكم بدعوتهِنَّ ورسالتهِنَّ، والتعرُّف عليكم أيضًا. والمكان جميل لرحلة وغداء رحلة.
٣ دير القيامة (الرهبان والراهبات البندكتيون)

في دير البندكتان في أبو غوش، يمكن الاحتفال بالإفخارستيا في الكنيسة الصليبية القديمة من القرن الثاني عشر. ثم أنتم مدعوُّون أيضا إلى زيارة دير الرهبان ودير الراهبات. ويسرهم أن يعرِّفوكم على على حياتهم المكرسة للصلاة لكل سكان الأرض المقدسة.

A proposition for the Synodal process
Spending a day in Emmaus (Abu Ghosh)
We, the communities who live in one of the traditional places associated with the Biblical Emmaus (in the town of Abu Ghosh) propose a day in the footsteps of the disciples of Emmaus. We invite you to spend a day with us in the period between the beginning of Lent and the end of Easter season (March to June 2022). This is a way to consecrate a time of prayer, listening to the Lord and to each other and also an opportunity to get to know us. We would be very happy to present ourselves and to get to know you.
Who are we? What are we offering you?

Then beginning with Moses and all the prophets,

At the Saxum Visitor Center, we offer you the opportunity to enter into the history of salvation, walking with the disciples of Emmaus. Jesus comes among us even today to open the Scriptures to us. By means of a multi-media tour, with huge maps, touch screens and short projections, you will be exposed to life and events in the Bible, Church history in the Holy Land and the Holy Places. This serves as a wonderful introduction to a day spent in the Synodal spirit! The members of the Opus Dei who direct the Center can also share with you a little about their work in the Holy Land.
2. Our Lady Ark of the Covenant (Sisters of Saint Joseph of the Apparition)
“Were not our hearts burning within us
while he was talking to us on the road,
while he was opening the scriptures to us?”
(Luke 24:32)
At the sanctuary of Our Lady Ark of the Covenant, we offer you a beautiful setting in which to reflect on the Gospel of Emmaus. Here, where the Ark of the Covenant was placed and venerated until King David’s brought it to Jerusalem. Here too we commemorate Our Lady as the Ark of the Covenant, carrying in her womb the Word, Our Lord and Savior. We offer a place to gather and share, listen and contemplate. The Sisters who direct the retreat center and administer the sanctuary are the oldest apostolic congregation in the Holy Land and they are eager to share with you their vocation and get to know you. Here too the beautiful grounds can serve as a location for a picnic lunch.
3. Church of the Resurrection (Monks and Nuns of the Benedictine Community)

At the Benedictine Abbey of Abu Ghosh, we offer you the opportunity to celebrate the Eucharist in the magnificent Crusader church of the 12th century. You are also invited to meet the Benedictine community of monks and nuns. They would be delighted to share something about their life spent in prayer for all the people of the Holy Land.

The proposal follows the following program:
Arrival at 10.00 at Saxum Visitor Center (for directions see Google or Waze)
For those visiting in groups and participating in the synodal process there is no charge to visit the Center.
Arrival at 12.00 at Our Lady Ark of the Covenant
Arrival at 14.00 at Church of the Resurrection
This schedule can be adapted as needed.
